Recording and ‘Animating’
Inspiration
This here video is my entire inspiration for how I am going to animate my presentation. I love how scuffed this format is and thought it was a good way to bring some fun into my presentation!
Rough Storyboards
First I started off with roughing out my ideas for the visuals that were going to accompany the presentation.
Refined Storyboards
Next I moved onto ensuring these storyboards were easier to understand and had clearer descriptions of my ideas for the content and actions.
Initial Plan

Introduction
The introduction and first paragraph visuals took me four hours to complete, re-recording the voice-over, scraping takes of the animation and my lack of experiance in Premire Pro lead to it taking so long. Unfortunatly it only gets more complicated from here with more assets, more content and bigger ideas. So I had to rethink my project roadmap and deviate from the outcome I truly wanted.
New Roadmap
First I set out clear tasks I had to seperate any tasks that had been apart of my initial plan, but weren’t strickly nesscercary and move them to the side, and focus on the core content. With a very rough voiceover and simplistic visuals done, the only things left for the core content at the current time (20:02 Fri 28) is to idea generate and sketch out concepts for the responce piece and referencing my sources. I’ll do the references first, then the concepts, just incase I get particularly stuck on ideas. Next will be making the presentation a little more polished. If I have time I’ll create stills of what I initially invisionerd my outcome to look like.
Roughs and Rejects
Here are the first two sections that I was able to animate to completion, before realising I in no way shape or form would be able to do the rest of the presentation like this aswell. I love these in all their scuffedness.
Rough Presentation
And finally, here is the rough presentation in all its horrific audio quality glory.
