All items must be returned
within 14 days from the day you receive your package. The items
to be returned must be unworn and unwashed with the original tags
in new and unused condition for an exchange. For hygienic reasons
please do not remove the plastic hygienic protection cover when
trying on the bikini bottoms or swimsuits. We regret that we will
not be able to exchange or provide a refund if the cover was removed
or tampered with and or if the item is soiled. Please provide your
receipt and the unworn item with all the tags intact and its original
packaging and complete the form accompanying your order to request
an exchange to:

We will pay for returns postage and we include a paid returns label
with your order. Please complete a certificate of posting for all
returns so we can track the item in the event that it is lost in
transit.. You should retain this certificate until you have received
a replacement.. Please allow ten working days for your goods to
be returned to us.
If you are unsatisfied after your first exchange we will give you
a returns credit. In the event that you have not found another item
that you wish to purchase you may email us for a refund .of your
purchase. We will refund you the cost of your purchase minus the
delivery /return charges and a small handling fee to cover our administration
costs.
Note: Please note that on sale items, we regret that
we can only offer exchanges or a credit note but not
refunds.
Delivery/return charges in the UK and outside the UK
All deliveries are free in the UK and are sent by recorded delivery
and can take between 2 to 3 days.
All deliveries outside the UK will incur a £6.00 charge per bikini
to cover postage and insurance costs. This will be added automatically
to your basket. Deliveries can take between 5 to 10 working days depending
on each country. No free returns are offered and any refunds requested
on overseas orders will also incur a small handling fee to cover our
administration costs.
